This is a like-new, recumbent excercise bike in fantastic shape that does it all. It hasa three Heart-Rate training programs designed to maximize training results in a minimum amount of time, Heart Rate Based Fitness Test to determine user's current fitness level and recommended training zones, Preprogrammed Hill Profiles - Four "goal oriented" training programs featuring a fat-burning/constant force program, interval/endurance course, strength/ muscle toning program, and progressive resistance course which combines both strength and stamina training hill segments. The 3-color 128 segment dot matrix LED display is powered by a built-in generator - no outlets are required. It's very quiet and built like a tank. It has transport wheels (just lift up the back and roll it in the front) and a large, comfortable seat (very cushioned). We paid $1150 for this 5 years ago and hate to sell it but are moving to a smaller place and won't be able to fit it. Our loss is your gain!
