3 bedroom/2 bath home with a single parent and 2 1/2 year old son. i have a bed already in that room that has been slept on very little and is about 2 years old. rent is 212.50 not including utilities. I work Mon-Fri 8-4:30 in Raleigh. I am looking for someone who is responsible and works full time. No college students please. I would also like to have 2 references.
