12 foot sectional L-shaped sofa with chaise available for sale in NW Raleigh. Microsuede material in a cappuccino color with merlot stained wood feet. The sofa has been factory treated with a stain repellent & has never had a spill or stain. Back cushions zip off for easy cleaning & stay in place when in use. This sofa has interlocking brackets that connect each piece so that the pieces do not separate or slide around - this is a great feature especially if the sofa will be on hardwood floors or used often. This is my favorite piece of furniture & the ONLY reason for selling this sofa is due to a downsizing in home size (went from home to townhouse) & unfortunately I cannot make the sofa fit as it blocks the back door.
